Twin Falls Transitional Care of Cascadia tied as largest nursing home in Twin Falls County in Q1

During the first quarter of 2026, Twin Falls Transitional Care of Cascadia ranked as one of the two largest nursing homes in Twin Falls County, sharing the top spot with Bridgeview Estates, data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) shows.

The center provided 116 available beds, exceeding the county average by 35 in the first quarter of 2026, and served an average of 75.6 residents during that timeframe.

The facility earned a 5 out of 5 overall rating from CMS, surpassing Idaho’s nursing home average of 3.2.

Records indicate Twin Falls Transitional Care of Cascadia had no fines or penalties during this period.

Altogether, five for-profit nursing homes operated in Twin Falls County, Idaho.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
