Calling all Junior Chefs! CSI Kitchen Academy is a Montessori-inspired cooking academy for kids’ ages 9 to 12 years of age. We are focused on providing a safe, inspiring, and empowering space for children to identify, develop, and define their senses and kitchen skills. Through joy, mindfulness, and learning we are creating a positive learning environment that includes kitchen safety, knife skills, proper food handling, food preparation, etiquette manners, table settings, food presentation and of course, math and fun.
Join us this week for One Pot Dinners featuring: Italian Chicken with Pasta and Peasant Bread, Spinach and Tortellini in a Cream Sauce with Chicken and Side Salad, Pumpkin, Broccoli & Bacon Pasta with Homemade Rolls, Kung Pao Chicken with Rice, Sun Dried Creamy Tomato and Salmon, and Garlic Herbed Biscuits.
