On Friday, March 7, former Wood River High School standout Hunter Thompson’s current college team, the Delaware State Hornets, lost 7-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Maryland Eastern Shore Hawks.
The game took place at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium against Maryland Eastern Shore Hawks.
