Main Street in Hailey becomes a hallowed ground for trick or treaters during the annual Hailey Halloween Hoopla, 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., sponsored by The Chamber and supported by local area merchants.
Hundreds of kids and families do creative costumes and parade along Main Street to collect treats from local participating businesses and compete for prizes at the costume contest. Costume contest at the new Hailey Town Square.
